What are your delivery options and timeframes?
We offer standard UK delivery within 3-5 working days, as well as an express next-day delivery service for orders placed before 2pm. Free shipping is available on all orders over £50.
What is your return policy for nursery furniture and strollers?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items such as mattresses and breast pumps cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer assembly services for large nursery items?
Currently, we do not offer in-home assembly. However, all our furniture sets come with comprehensive, easy-to-follow instructions and all necessary hardware for self-assembly.
Are your car seats compliant with UK safety standards?
Absolutely. Every car seat we stock meets or exceeds the latest UK and EU safety regulations (ECE R44/04 or R129 i-Size) to ensure maximum protection for your child.
Can I pay for my order using a payment plan?
Yes, we partner with Klarna and Clearpay to provide flexible interest-free payment options, allowing you to spread the cost of your nursery essentials over several months.
How can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
